Mohammed Sarwar Khan

He is a Senior Director at Khan Solicitors and has obtained an excellent reputation in dealing with major cases throughout the U.K. He has an excellent relationship with the judiciary and the bar and has a widespread client base all over the U.K.

He has worked on numerous homicide cases, is a Legal Services Commission supervisor and has considerable experience in money laundering, serious fraud and election fraud cases. Due to his sterling work, he is quite often contacted by the media, in relation to various cases, to offer opinions.

As a result of his excellent reputation, he is the only lawyer that has dealt with the Slough, Peterborough, Bradford and Oldham election frauds. He is also a Solicitor Advocate who has dealt with many cases which are serious, complex and deal with novel points of law.

Rashid Majid

He is an accomplished Senior Lawyer, who has advocated a variety of cases nationally. He has been involved in numerous drugs and murder cases, and was one of the only, if not the only solicitor, that represented defendants in the riots case of 2001 in Bradford, Burnley and Oldham.
